MATTHEW 25:34-40 Ministries works with churches of many denominations. Each denomination has its own form of governance and terms. This document goes back to the Bible and defines the different leadership terms in order to help our members have understanding of the different ways these terms are used.
We must always remember the the Head of the Church is our Lord Jesus Christ. We are to be following Him and doing His will. The nomenclature tends to not be so important when we remember this fact. Still, we want to use congregational leadership terms appropriately.
