Biblical Leadership is critical to all ministry activities. In order for ministries to grow and remain effective, good leadership needs to be constantly developed and shared. Many people don't view themselves as leaders, but their daily tasks involve leadership. God has endowed us with the skills we need for the work He has called us to, including leadership.
Not everyone is necessarily working in a leadership position, but most need to exercise leadership skills for their ministry to function smoothly. If we recognize the skills, it can help a parent raise children or a husband to lead his family or a teacher to lead students into wisdom and understanding.
